    Acquire an in-depth overview of the entire lifecycle of Ecommerce management processes, from order placement to delivery, setting the foundation for this course.   • Module 5: E-commerce Operations & Logistics Management

    Acquire the essential knowledge to organise, coordinate and oversee e-commerce operations which include: logistics management, shipping and online payments. You will be able to explain the various components of Ecommerce Operations and Logistics and identify the various challenges for fashion brands

  • Module 6: Customer Service

    Explore the essential role of customer service in fashion Ecommerce, tools and KPIs utilised by fashion companies. Learn how to effectively manage customer inquiries - pre and post sale, handle returns, and resolve issues to enhance the overall shopping experience. Learn how to leverage email marketing programs to drive new sales, cross-sell, upsell, generate loyalty and collect customer's feedback.

We will also look at the most recent Artificial Intelligence platforms used for predictive analytics.

  • Module 13: Essential Financial Processes and Financial KPIs for Fashion Ecommerce

    Complete your understanding of the Ecommerce Value Chain by analysing it from a financial perspective. In this module, we revisit activities previously covered operationally, now focusing on their financial outcomes. You'll acquire the operational knowledge of financial processes to meet the expectations Finance Department.
